More than 100 attendees from business and government sectors from across the country attended the two-day event, sampling vehicles from Audi, Cupra, Skoda, and Volkswagen.
VGA said Fleet Day brought together more than 60 vehicles, allowing fleet customers, rental companies, conversion partners, and government and industry bodies to experience among the widest range of vehicles in Australia.
The event also showcased VGA’s partnerships with Jayco and Walkinshaw alongside models with ICE and electrified powertrains, providing attendees with first-hand access to vehicles meeting every business need.
“Across the Volkswagen Passenger Vehicles, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, Skoda and Cupra brands, we are bringing fleet customers the latest innovations, the most flexible solutions, and great ownership for their business,” said VGA managing director Karsten Seifert.
“Fleet Day is designed to bring together our closest partners, introduce businesses to our offerings, and demonstrate the unrivalled range of models that we have on sale today in ICE, PHEV and BEV, from compact to full size, two seats to seven.
“VGA is a one-stop shop for mobility solutions. Our customers don’t need to go any further.
Mr Seifert said the event helped to show that VGA vehicles are better experienced than explained, with guests offered test drives of the vehicles on display, and access to presentations on the group’s local and global strategies.
Guests included representatives from fleet management organisations (FMOs), large corporate divisions, government, emergency services, car rental companies, subscriptions, ride share, conversion partners and industry bodies.
