DaimlerChrysler shows off its latest effort at being clean and green21 Oct 2005 THE Mercedes-Benz F600 Hygenius may look like a cross between an A-class and B-class but it is the latest in the series of zero-emission fuel-cell cars from the car-maker. The vehicle delivers an output of 85kW/350Nm, sips fuel at the equivalent rate of 2.9L/100km and can travel for more than 400km. Benz claims the car’s fuel-cell stack is 40 per cent more compact than existing fuel cells, and is more efficient.
